As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction within the Wholesale SIP Solutions Team. This is a great opportunity for a customer centric professional to be a part of one of the strongest serve teams within the company. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with other subject matter experts and professionals who are truly passionate about what they do. The team seeks individuals who are customer experience focused, thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment, and have past success supporting the customer experience.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for the management, coordination and completion of SIP orders
•Responsible for the quality and precision of all types of orders including accurate and efficient communication with internal and external customers
•Ensure the on time delivery of the orders, escalating when necessary
•Report unusual and complex situations to the team leader
Qualifications
Essential skills / competencies:
•Understand web application and navigate easily with different type of web portals
•Customer oriented – Demonstrate a desire and ability to satisfy the customer requirements
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Capable of working under pressure
•Team spirit
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced environment
•Highly organized, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
•High ability to work in ambiguity, with a minimum of information
•Analytical and resourceful
•Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Understand Bell DID ordering process and systems such as BICRIS (preferred but not mandatory)
•Bilingual – proficient in both French and English (preferred but not mandatory)
