Responsibilities
Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets to
identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help organizations make informed business
decisions. This role will work closely with the business to define problem statements and
estimate ROI, and will work independently to uncover insights and build scalable analytics
solutions.
Responsibilities:
 Work with various business units to define problems and requirements
 Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
 Identify relevant datasets and apply effective and efficient analysis approaches to
address the business requirements with strong focus on story-telling
 Identify patterns and trends in data and provide recommendations for business decisions
 Develop and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively
communicate insights to stakeholders
 Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into
performance trends.
 Build scalable and automatable analytical solutions
 Provide requirement and guidance for data ingestion and data processing to the data
engineering team
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and
provide data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in advanced data analytics
 Excellent communication skills
 Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
 Expert at SQL and Data Management
 Expert in Google Big Query
 Expert in Data Exploration

 Expert in MS-Excel
 Expert in Data Visualization with proficiency in Power BI, Looker
 Proficient in creating presentation material using Power Point

Nice to have:
 Focus on Business Performance Management
 Experience with Scripting in Python, R
