If so, look no further, as we are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to support our client, a leading telecommunications firm. In this role you will work full time hours on a 1.5 month assignment, working a hybrid schedule in support of their Mississauga, ON office.

    Responsibilities
    As a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting a team of 6 recruiters and your duties will include:
    •Provide support to the Technical Recruitment team in a highly demanding and changing environment – with minimal supervision
    •Additional support provided to Recruitment Coordinators
    •Pre-screen candidates
    •Schedule interviews



    Qualifications
    • Post Secondary education
    • 1-2 years of experience
    • Excellent organizational & time management skills
    • Ability to follow complex oral & written direction and excellent problem solving skills
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Strong experience with Excel, Zoom and Outlook
