Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the internal partners in marketing, product, pricing, sales, brand and legal as well as external creative and media agencies. It is your job to take a marketing brief and bring it to life.
•Develop detailed marketing communication briefs, and work closely with agencies on the creative development
•Partner with data teams to develop business rules and better understand segmentation to drive tailored messaging
•Push the boundaries on creative, targeting, strategy and tactics to help push the needle on campaigns
•Deliver post mortems with results, leveraging big data insights and provide recommendations for the future
•Follow market dynamics and trends to ensure the marketing programs are relevant and deliver the expected results
•Input on new opportunities to grow the market, demonstrating a strong understanding of the competitive and industry landscape
•Identify ways to grow engagement using leading ad platforms such as Salesforce – particularly Pardot, Google, Facebook and new technology
•Manage expectations and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines without negatively effecting quality.
Qualifications
•University degree
•3+ year(s) working in a marketing agency environment or within a marketing department
•Experience working with a variety of technology platforms and analytics tools
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
•Keen attention to detail and comfort building timelines are a must
•Strong copy writing and content development skills
•Solid ability to collaborate and creative problem solving skills
•Naturally analytical, proactive and very highly organized
•Self-motivated, experienced in working with teams
•Flexible, self-starter able to operate effectively in ambiguity and willing to embrace change
•Detail and results oriented
Preferred skills/ competencies:
•Experience working in a B2B organization
•Experience working at a marketing agency or marketing department
•Demonstrated Experience with Search Engine Marketing
•Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or other technology
•Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
