We are currently looking for a Marketing Performance and Operations Specialist to support our client, a leading Canadian Telecommunications and Media company. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working hybrid in support of their Mississauga, ON office.

    Responsibilities
    The Marketing Performance and Operations Specialist, will drive the overall ownership of marketing programs, including reporting, analysis and budget management. We are seeking a highly analytic, detailed oriented candidate who can execute on multiple priorities and deliver with a high degree of excellence.

    What you will do:
    •Proactively report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to leads and conversion rates, customer engagement metrics and sales funnel activity (open funnel, revenue conversion rates etc.)
    •Perform detailed analysis on the Sales funnel and produce reports on the outcome of channel programs in Salesforce.com and/ or Einstein Analytics to provide management with thorough reports and results.
    •Consolidate results and communicate to internal stakeholders.
    •Monitor campaign and post-event lead activity in Salesforce and ensure leads are actioned; engage with Sales to provide lead visibility and drive engagement
    •Tracking, reporting and validation of incentive programs ensuring program deliverables are met including budget management, monthly reporting and ensuring queries from stakeholders (including Sales) are handled in a timely fashion.
    •Collaborating with Product and Marketing stakeholders to document the terms and conditions of the incentive program to meet audit requirements.
    •Ensure submissions meet the terms and conditions of the incentive program


    Qualifications
    •University degree preferred, in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
    •3-5 years of reporting, analytics, finance or related experience – preferred in a Marketing capacity
    •Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize data, and track program performance
    •Previous budgeting experience and financial acumen
    •Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a fast-paced environment
    •Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is required
    •Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting
    •Creative problem solver, with the ability to work with ambiguity
    •Highly organized with a passion for details
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
    •Working knowledge of Salesforce required
    •Working knowledge of Einstein Analytics an asset
    •Working knowledge of Microstrategy an asset
    •Working knowledge of Monday.com an asset
