Our client is looking for Pricing and Cost Analyst for a 6 month contract in Toronto. This position is
working remotely for now and may need to go back onsite in future.

Responsibilities
As a Pricing and Cost Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Leading managed services custom deal costing – supporting proposals, RFPs, deals, contract
negotiations and clauses
Collaborating with all teams to assess scope, define requirements and resources for any custom
development, onboarding and day 2 support for managed services
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve costing framework to streamline process to
gather customer requirements, cost inputs from technical teams and other deal requirements
Ensuring internal stakeholders are appropriately informed of managed services deal costing and
its evolution/changes
Collaborating with Finance teams to standardize costing inputs and align with custom deal
processes and tools (i.e. PEATS system)
Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
Preparing strong and well-supported business case to executives for pricing review and approval
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Highly analytical, with an understanding of the basic principles of working with large and
complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and concise
manner
Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement in the day-to-day work and an appetite to
take appropriate actions to drive them through
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and meet
tight deadlines
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Nice to have:
Experience in cost modelling – assessing requirements, resourcing, one-time development and
implementation costs, Day 2 support processes/costs
Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or
equivalent education or work experience
Understanding of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, security,
networking, and cloud-based delivery models
Experience in Contact Centre operations or technology
