Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end leadership, planning, workload estimation, organizing, and implementation of products and solutions
• Establish leading practices and policies for implementing, configuring, maintaining, operating, and securing infrastructure
• Provide coaching and mentoring, and share technical knowledge, skills and expertise in an efficient and supportive manner
• Provide end-to-end technical leadership to support the resolution of incidents
• Participate or deliver on the planning of services to meet the business needs • Engage in the certification and introduction of new products and solutions for our services and customers (executing testing and acceptance)
• Conduct research based on requirements and develop recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards
• Monitor and analyze capacity and performance on the infrastructure and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing infrastructure demands
• Deliver on technology standard maintenance activities to ensure the environment is stable and available
• Monitor and action on fault, event and alert management and resolve incidents • Monitor and manage security vulnerabilities and deliver on remediation to ensure the environment is secure
• Strict adherence to Change Management practices
Qualifications
• University Degree, College Diploma or Relevant Experience
•5- 8+ Years of Experience in Complex IT Environments (Network, Systems and End User) • Certifications (Any); Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Expert, Certified Citrix Professional
Expertise in: Microsoft, VMware, Active Directory
