Responsibilities
Design, write, edit and test content to create easy to use features and products.
Conduct content reviews and align stakeholders with your sound rationale.
Collaborate effectively with peers in Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Accessibility, Marketing and Compliance through the product development cycle.
Gather project requirements and document them in Jira.
Edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools.
Advocate and apply accessibility standards in your content.
Understands when a problem needs more than a few words to be solved.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of UX content systems and processes that enable the team to scale efficiently and effectively.
Show up-to-date knowledge on UX best practices and knows when to flex them to help the users.
Partners with Localization to ensure the highest quality of content adaptation of the product to different markets.
Proactively looks for ways to support peers.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience creating content for chatbots, transactional emails, mobile apps, and help pages.
BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Communication, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Marketing or equivalent knowledge related to UX writing, technical writing or product documentation.
Must have a portfolio showcasing abilities to solve for UX-related projects.
NICE TO HAVE:
Advance or native proficiency in French is a plus.
