Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be able to define the integration blueprint (roadmap, principles, policies, governance and technologies) for integration solutions, including the transition period.
Assess integration options and develop high-level integration designs for specific solution components of the solution, including integration to existing components.
Guidance and advice on leading practices, industry standards and conventions, and frameworks and methods.
Assist the Integration Architect in the development of the integration architecture and the alignment of integration technologies to business capabilities.
Ensure Vendor integration designs support performance, scalability and reliability, and meet availability and redundancy requirements.
Work closely with business management to understand technology and business strategy and implement tactical plans supporting technology strategies.
Create and/or approve functional specifications of integration solution.
Participate as required in team and project meetings/workshops.
Qualifications
· SoftwareAG WebMethods and Microsoft SSIS experience required in an Integration Design role.
· At least 6 years experience as an Integration Design.
· Demonstrated ability to think both logically and creatively to develop integration designs.
· Experience in integration of ERP,CRM,AS400,Oracle,Cloud solutions
· Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or similar field.
· Design and architecture experience in different technologies (webmethods, SSIS preferred).
· Service oriented Architecture.
· Very good integration experience.
· Experience and understanding of integration approaches, patterns, standards, technologies and products including Service oriented Architecture (SOA) / Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) / Data Integration;
· Good knowledge and understanding of EDI.
· Good knowledge and understanding of security (firewall, data encryption and auditing and logging) associated with application integration
· Demonstrate Knowledge on HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/FTPS/SFTP, XML, JSON, LDAP and SMTP protocol.
· Strong understanding of Web Methods Architecture and related platforms
Nice to Have:
· Certification in TOGAF is an asset.
