This is a hybrid role - in the office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities
As an Account Analyst for the Personal and Commercial Lines, you will be responsible for the collection and processing of broker payments, reconcilation of accounts, reporting, and other collections related tasks.
Duties include:
• Investigating, gathering and presenting solutions to relatively complex customer and broker inquiries and provide prompt and effective service per department service levels
• Providing Customer Service via Phone & email
• Billing inquiries via email
• Investigating and resolving broker’s commission discrepancies
• Investigating and resolving Billing system issues
• Posting client and broker’s payment
• Processing Bank & Bill Type Changes
• Reviewing Aged Items & Take Appropriate Action
• Investigating, Creating, & Sending Collection Letters
• Logging and Tracking billing issues and make recommendation
• Preparing and posting journal Entries for various General Ledger Account
• Reconciling Monthly A/R to G/L
• Preparing and analyzing monthly reports and stats
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years billing/accounting experience (preferred)
• Excellent PC Skills for: MS Excel & MS Word
• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Strong/accurate Data Entry Skills
• Strong Logic & Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently with various systems
