Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Associate, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Being responsible for providing a high level of service, which includes key accountabilities that require strong commitment to quality and service that is highly valued by our clients.
●Providing support for our business partners by answering inquiries in a timely manner as well as the timely and accurate processing of incoming AP invoices.
●Laising with the various business units to educate them on the requirements and processes of Accounts Payable for better solutions & resolution should any issues arise.
●Processing incoming invoices using both SAP Ariba & S4Hana
●Supporting project work
●Processing the invoice payments in accordance with payment schedule
●Assisting with the AP month end close duties
●Responding proactively to client inquiries or concerns
Qualifications
●2+ years AP experience and 1+ year SAP Ariba & SAP S4Hana or GUI experience
●Stellar customer service skills that puts the client first
●Exceptional time management and organizational skills
●Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
●Thrive in a fast paced, high-volume production environment
●Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment
●Show resilience when taking on new responsibilities or handling difficult situations
●Teamwork and collaboration
Nice to have:
●Knowledge of accounting concepts
●Accounts Payable experience
●Detailed oriented
●Good time management skills
●Strong and proven knowledge of Excel & Word
●French speaking and writing
