In this role you will be the Administrative Business Partner to 2-3 very busy executives in an enterprise sales environment. The focus of the role is core administrative support: heavy/complex calendar management, processing expense reports, and travel booking.

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP), you will work closely with 2-3 executives to execute core admin support functions on their behalf. You’ll collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, performing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope. Provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with your manager's guidance. Interact with high-level executives both inside and outside of Google, and perform efficiently and professionally in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as complex calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, expense management, and space planning.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple directors and/or sales executives with administrative tasks and related duties;
- experience using Google Workspace is highly preferred; experience with Concur is preferred;
- a self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
- Strong, polished communication skills.
- Excellent business judgment and professional etiquette.
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment.
