    Are you a bilingual (French/English) worker? Our client, a multinational technologies company, is looking to hire a Bilingual Contract Specialist to join their team.
    This will be working fully remote and it’s a hybrid work model for candidates located in Oakville.
    This role would be a great opportunity for students in accounting programs.

    Responsibilities
    As a Bilingual Contract Specialist, your duties will include:
    ●Leading the request for proposal (RFX) process, prepare quotations for all modalities of Siemens Healthcare, lead projects with work teams and ensure deadlines are always met.
    ●Ensuring quotations are accurate and compliant with approved financials. Monitor and ensure contract terms and conditions are reviewed for alignment with SHL terms and conditions and approved by relevant stakeholders. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
    ●Reporting to the Manager, Contracts within the Offer to Order “OTO” department.
    ●Preparing timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers
    ●Preparing PO handover and communicate contract award
    ●Assisting and support negotiation of terms and conditions
    ●Validating and executing contract transactions
    ●Generating Service Renewals Quotes





    Qualifications
    ●Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an RFP response and Quotation function
    ●Diploma or Degree in related discipline
    ●RFP project management experience is required
    ●Contracts administration experience with good understanding of terms and conditions
    ●Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
    ●Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    ●Strong leadership and effective ability to drive project teams
    ●Ability to problem solve effectively
    ●Must be analytical and detail oriented
    ●Work effectively in a team environment
    ●Ability to manage tight and multiple deadlines
    ●Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
    ●Fluent English and French verbal and written required

    Nice to Haves:
    ●Working knowledge of SharePoint an asset
    ●Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
    ●Paralegal certification is an asset
