Our client, in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Bilingual CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Coordinator to support their Montreal location. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working primarily remote (with requirements to go into the office on an as needed basis).

Responsibilities
• This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the CRM Product Owner
• Assist in daily operations and ongoing CRM projects as required
• Work across multiple projects that are part of the department initiatives
• First level support for the different business applications
• CRM interfaces management
• The role will require strong communication and organizational skills and will involve liaising at different levels with internal customers
• Assist Product Owner and help enable them to effectively deliver the projects on time and respond to internal requests.
Qualifications
Education: College or University
Languages:
•Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
• Previous experience with customer-management databases
• Superior communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset
• Customer service experience
