We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
This is fully remote role. This role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will be:
•Handling Inbound calls only - answering customer inquiries related to insurance coverage for plan members, claims, and expenses.
•Help Clients and advisors with questions about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls.
•Analyzing and finding solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way.
•Providing Clients and advisors with additional information on Company products & services in support of their financial and health goals.
•Ensuring our Clients and advisors have the right information taking the right amount of their time.
Qualifications
•A bilingual (French, English) as you’ll have interactions with French-English-speaking customers or partners.
•You are customer service oriented, like to solve problems and thrive in a fast paced environment.
•Able to multitask
•Adaptable and eager to learn
