    We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
    This role is open to candidates in Halifax, Waterloo, and Montreal location.


    Advantages

    - Rotational shifts: Monday – Friday, 8am-12am AST, Saturday-Sunday, 9am-9pm AST. Scheduling is provided 4 weeks in advance.
    - Hybrid role - 2 days in the office (Tuesday/Wednesday)
    - 12-month contract
    - Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
    - Training provided
    - Oct 24th, 2022 start date

    Workers placed through Randstad are eligible for preferred rates on health, dental, and life insurance. This Value-add program will provide a wide range of options to suit your needs.


    Responsibilities
    As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not limited to:
    •Handling banking products and services.
    •Managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.


    Qualifications
    •Bilingualism, English/French required
    •You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner
    •You have exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority
    •You are confident in your ability to learn and apply information quickly
    •Previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry
    •Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

    Nice to have:
    •Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset, however, not required
    •Knowledge of financial services would also be an asset
