Our client is looking for a Bilingual Documentarian Prep Officer for a 12 month contract in Montréal. This is hybrid role - 3 days in office and 2 at home after 90 days of training. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to permanent opportunity.
Pay rate: $25/hour
Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:15am– 4:30pm, flexibility required
Overtime maybe required

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Documentarian Prep Officer, your duties will include:
•Preparing docs for commercial clients, processing fees, cheques, discharges.
•Working on email with commercial centers
•Operating data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
•Reading source documents for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
•Compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
•Locating and correcting data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
•Comparing data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
•Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
Qualifications
•Read, write speak in French and English – most important is reading and writing due to working mostly with emails
•Fast learner, able to work in fast paced environment
•Work flexibility – able to work on rotation, OT as needed
•Administrative background (no sales), financial background, banking experience – 2years
•MS Suites – Intermediate: Excel (for tracking and documentation), Word, PDFs, Teams, Outlook – 2years
•Strong communication skills – bilingual
•Post-secondary is a must
•Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.
•Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
•Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
•Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).
•High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years related experience required.
Nice to have:
•Experience with Financial institution/ Banking Exp.
•Experience/Knowledge with Credit
•Data Entry Exp
