We're currently looking for a Bilingual File Clerk for our client in Montreal.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual File Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
• Transportation of boxes using manually operated lift truck and removing boxes from skids
• Noting the condition of the box and matching with a box manifest that outline the content of the boxes
• Using a Handheld scanner, scan the barcode associated with the box
• Opening boxes and separating out files (removing paper clips, staples, rubber bands, post-it notes, unfolding creases, etc)
• Rubber Band the file to keep the pages together for scanning
● Operating scanning equipment and software
● Conducting quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required standards
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months of Mail/Courier Experience in an office environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of MS Office suite, email system, PC/Windows environment
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
