We're currently looking for a Bilingual Graphic Designer/Photo Retoucher for our client in Montréal. As a Bilingual Graphic Designer/Photo Retoucher, you will be responsible for creating highly accurate brand-compliant and visually compelling cross-channel design solutions, from brief to exact industry standards for print.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Graphic Designer/Photo Retoucher, you duties will include but not limited to:
•Creating mechanical layouts from original design or “compositions.”
•Utilizing incomplete files, images, and raw design layouts.
•Re-designing layouts from existing compositions.
•Maintaining brand integrity for customer.
•Ensuring the use of proper standards and industry best practices.
•Collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure designs are delivered on requirements.
•Ensuring all projects (including approvals) are properly documented and stored.
•Performing other related activities as determined by management.
Qualifications
•Digital photo retouching experience a must
•Certification required in Design/photography
•2-4 years graphic design/new
media design/information design diploma/degree from recognized institution
•Minimum 2-4 years graphic design experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and After Effects (Animation skills a plus). A working knowledge of Power Point, Word and Dreamweaver would be an advantage. Professional understanding of the Apple OS and eco system
•Experience designing web assets, social media cards, digital ads, email campaigns, animation, and print media.
•Ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
•Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, objectives, and deadlines.
•Excellent communication skills, a passion for client service and the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically, even in challenging situations.
•Must be comfortable working in a team environment and presenting and brainstorming ideas with senior-level business partners.
•An excellent communicator capable of presenting ideas to a team or client
•Able to show concepts, and design direction quickly through sketches and mood boards
•Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
•Accurate and consistent completion of time sheets. Strong diverse portfolio, showing creativity and critical thinking
•Candidate must demonstrate capabilities through a professionally-exhibited portfolio
