Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and engagment activites related to the Bell Mentoring platform
- Manage queries from Bell team members on programs, courses and other questions
- Prepare reports and analytics on our learning programs
- Work with our vendor partners to ensure proper scheduling of courses
- Create process documents and videos to ensure proper usage of our tools
- Support the performance management cycle communications strategy
Qualifications
•Bilingual in English and French
•Bachelor’s degree
• Top 3 skills sets and qualifications: project management, communications, data manipulation
•5+ years of demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist;
•Experience handling complex employee relationship issues;
•Experience managing HR systems and technology;
•Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
•Strong presentation and communication skills
