Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to support the sales organization and business objectives.
Duties include:
• Interacting with existing customers, primarily by phone and email
• increasing sales of the company's products and/or services by obtaining and upselling orders
• Serving customers at the counters and creating customer satisfaction
• Adding value to the customer's shopping experience
• Answering the phones
Qualifications
What are the requirements for the Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator?
• Bilingualism (French & English), professional in both verbal and written communication
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role and customer service experience
• Experience working in a sales environment
• Excellent Computer skills; MS Office including Excel
• Supporting Sales team with incoming calls
