Responsibilities
• Complete verification tasks using standard verification processes and creative approaches to confirm income and employment
• Detect unordinary and suspicious situations with employment and income verifications and employee web authentication interactions
• Use multiple channels to connect with employers to verify employment and document findings
• Analyze and research cases that require a more in-depth review
• Perform document review and audits, and assist verifiers with audits and account reviews
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with the team and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in high volume customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
• MS Office
• knowledge of CIS, FIN, CPS/CMS, AS400, DCAT, MAT a strong asset
