Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Providing a broad range of operational support and/or performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for its own functional area within Operations & Technology.
●Supporting partner relationships and is responsible for maintaining operational effectiveness to ensure business objectives, Reports to a Team Manager within the Team Structure
Qualifications
●High school diploma is required
●Organizational skills, great time management (meet timelines)
●Attention to detail – follow procedures
●Bilingual – Read and Write in French
●Works well under pressure – fast paced deliveries
●Required to lift packages, boxes (trays and carts provided)
●2 years admin Experience is required
●2 years proficiency in MS Excel, Word(formatting documents)
●MS Suites – Excel, navigate through spreadsheets: tracking numbers
Nice to Haves:
● Mailroom experience
