Our client is looking for a Bilingual Operations Officer for a 18 months contract in Montreal. This position is working hybrid remote, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. There is a high possibility for contract extension as well.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Gathering information and taking each file from pre-approval to closing.
●Verifying loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance.
●Collecting required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.
●Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.
●Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and other documents for recurring internal reports.
●Acting as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender. Contact and communicate with clients by telephone, e-mail, or in-person
Qualifications
●Bilingual (English / French) is required
●Tech Savvy (able to learn internal applications)
●2 years Microsoft Office suite hands on experience
●Strong communication skills
●Customer service experience is required
●Attention to detail * most important
●Organized * most important
●Ability to multitask * most important
●Keyboarding, data entry skills are must
●Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
●Strong attention to detail
●Knowledge of administrative applications, CIF, Creditlink etc...
