Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Processing status updates on files
•Supporting nationwide both English and French
•Gathering information, verification, processing and advice.
•Resolving branches’ concerns using a Can-Do attitude
•Working independently with minimal supervision
•Supporting Internal team
•Dealing with any kind of support or banking issues
Qualifications
•Bilingual (English and French)
•High school is required, post-secondary/undergrad is preferred
•Excellent communication skills (written &verbal) in both French and English
•Apply active listening skills are essential
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
•Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) MS Suites – Basic
•Call Centre Experience – 1+ yrs – Phone customer service (phone etiquette)
Nice to have:
•Prior company/banking Experience – Retail Banking Exp.
