Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide support to channels through a variety of ordering platforms. Communicating with an understanding of negotiation and coaching to supported channels at various levels of business
•Respond to emails and queued call inquiries promptly and accurately through telephone and email in English and French
• order and return processing with customer service support (queue)
•Validation of electronic and manual orders/returns when needed
•Process manual adjustments accurately and in detail (credits, debt or claims) when applicable
Qualifications
•Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (i.e. supply chain)
•Bilingual (English/French)
•Excellent communications skills; both written and oral at various business levels. Ability to work within an environment of rapid change; strong organizational and self-discipline skills
•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work and share information in a dynamic diverse team environment
•Highly reliable, resourceful and motivated individual with a positive attitude
•Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with strong listening skills
•Basic knowledge of Excel 2016 / Outlook 2016 / Word 2016.
