    Are you an expert in processing various administrative tasks? Our client, an insurance and financial services company, is looking to hire a Bilingual Processing Administrator to join their team.
    This position is working from home.



    Advantages

    - Monday to Friday
    - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for different hours
    - $26.50/hour
    - September 1st, 2022 start date

    Responsibilities
    As a Bilingual Processing Administrator, your duties will include:
    ●Processing Incoming Funds
    ●Processing Electronic Payments
    ●Processing Loan Deposits
    ●Processing Head Office cheque deposits
    ●Processing Outgoing Funds
    ●Approving EFT and Cheque requests
    ●Calculating and posting taxes and fees for outgoing funds
    ●Initiating Outgoing Wires
    ●Obtaining required authorization for wires initiated
    ●Calculating and Initiating Intercompany Wire Transfers
    ●Processing bank related transactions
    ●Working on Cheque Stops and Cancels
    ●Entering Cash Accounts, Treasury Deposits
    ●Assisting with gathering and documenting AML Audit Information
    ●Processing Journal Entry, Returned Items Processing, Report printing and sorting
    ●Initiating and making changes to EFT and Cheque payment requests
    ●Working on Fax Indexing and Annual Administration Fee Processing


    Qualifications
    ●Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma is required
    ●Minimum of 1 year experience working with a mutual fund/dealer back office preferred
    ●Previous data entry experience or previous banking experience desired
    ●Strong attention to detail
    ●Strong attention to accuracy
    ●Ability to understand a situation, recognize an issue/problem and escalate when necessary
    ●Excellent organization skills
    ●Ability to multitask
    ●Ability to work well with a team and independently
    ●Ability to work overtime when required

    Nice to Have:
    ●IFIC Operations Course an asset
