    Are you an project specialist with experience negotiating real estate contracts? Would you like an opportunity to work for a leading Canadian Telecommunications organization where you can further develop your skills? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

    We are currently looking for a Bilingual Project Specialist to support our client, one of Canada's biggest telecommunications firms, in their Montréal office (hybrid 1 day a week in office). In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, and earn $30.32/hr.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify, within a search area established by the radio frequency engineers, all the properties likely to correspond to the projected cellular coverage needs, zoning requirements and construction.
    • Negotiate with landlords the rent and the clauses of the lease or a framework agreement in accordance with Rogers business criteria.
    •If necessary, carry out public and municipal consultation in accordance with Industry Canada policy.
    •Taking into account deadlines and budgets.
    •Prepare required documentation in accordance with company standards.
    • Obtain the necessary title deeds and legal opinions from the professionals concerned for the protection of the interests of the company.
    •Carry out the work necessary to obtain all the authorizations required by the competent authorities.
    •Follow up between team members, cities, owners and any other parties involved. Constant communication with the whole team to inform about constraints, changes and other relevant information.
    •Manage many projects simultaneously.
    •Establish excellent relations with the representatives of the various competent authorities as well as with our business partners.
    • Perform updates of monthly monitoring reports detailing ongoing projects.


    Qualifications
    •Bilingualism – Ability to communicate effectively in French and English.
    •University degree in town planning, law, business administration (concentration in real estate affairs and/or urban management, town planning) or in a related discipline. Any other combination of training and experience will also be considered.
    •3 or more years of experience negotiating real estate contracts
    •Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
    •Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work alone or in a team.
    •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    •Proven negotiation skills.
    •Client focused and problem solving approach.
    •Very good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
