Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Sales Administrative Support Assistant, you duties will include but not limited to:
•Planning and organizing trips and meetings
•Scheduling appointments, including follow-up and professional perseverance.
•Setting up MS Teams meetings, troubleshoot with IT team on various systems and applications
•Managing proactively responsibilities without direct supervision and exercises sound judgment
•Working daily with management to effectively manage their schedule
•Staying on top of emails and other correspondence received and prioritize correspondence
•Learning quickly to a new environment and becoming efficient in the execution of his daily life Experiment
Qualifications
•Bilingual French and English required
•Several years of experience in executive support
•Strong communication, written and verbal
•Ability to successfully execute in an office and/or work from home environment
•Ability to manage confidential information of all types with excellent judgment derived from years of experience in this field in previous roles.
•Great mastery of calendar and email management
•Effective problem-solving skills and decision-making skills; must be highly reliable, organized and motivated
•Good Microsoft skills required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). SharePoint proficiency is also preferred.
