Rotational Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 8:30am - 10pm (5 days a week 8 hour shifts)
Overtime is required, weekends

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Service Availability Representative, your duties will include but not limited to:
• Answering calls to guide how to document/ provide ideas/ support to resolve
• Working as secondary level support for our field technicians who install and support company Point of Sale Terminals.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for our field technicians who support company Point of Sale Devices.
• Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure a consistent and frictionless installation and support process for company Merchants
• Identifying, resolving, and/or escalating service delivery issues and/or complaints
• Performing Base 24 and TEM\TMS updates
• Conducting Product testing, documenting bug\device performance
• Updating Service Tickets/logs
• Product Training
Qualifications
• Required Bilingual English/French.
• Technical support background: hardware/networking
• Technical Background – tech support background or through school experience
• Computer networking/hardware knowledge
• Strong Communication Skills
• MS Suites – Outlook, Excel (basics), Word
• Able to learn quickly
Nice to have:
• POS technical knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Base 24 program, Remedy (knowledge)
