• Work hybrid (supporting the Montreal office, 3 days a week in office)
Responsibilities
• Prioritize the on-going shipping process with 3PL according to commercial needs.
• Collaborate to identify potential cost efficiency opportunities for warehousing and distribution.
• Actively participate in MBR & QBR and support vendor evaluation and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure smooth operations on daily W&D activities, including warehouse, distribution and destruction.
• Troubleshoot on any ad-hoc issues from warehouse and transportation and report to internal stakeholders accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies with 3PL.
• Manage customer returns from 3PL destruction vendor, while maintaining QA compliance and adherence in destruction processes.
Qualifications
Education: College or University
Languages:
•Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
Experience/Professional requirement:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAP
