Responsibilities
As a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Answers and places telephone calls
- Make meeting appointments
- Receiving visitors
- Collecting daily reports, maintaining records, and performing weekly uploads
- Processing and distributing mail
- Reviewing and processing documents, submitting customer & vendor returns paperwork
- Gathering information and performs simple calculations
- Other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Strong PC skills
