Responsibilities
Write audience-centered content that is clear, accurate
Prioritize work to meet timelines, analyze documentations and recommend solutions.
Work closely with internal partners and subject-matter experts to make sure information
is correct and complete.
Work with minimal supervision,
Keeping management informed and escalating issues when needed.
Work with the team to deliver large communication projects and independently lead
small to medium projects.
Participate in meetings, contribute to post-implementation reviews, and support team
members by sharing expertise, knowledge, and information.
Transform complex concepts into clear, easy-to-follow documentation that gives the
audience what they need to know, when and how they need to know it.
Taking meeting minutes
Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings
Some research is required in this role.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a BA
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Good knowledge of MS Suite
• Previous FI experience (Capital Markets, Retail Market, Wealth & Investment)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong skills in plain language writing and design- understanding your audience’s point
of view and use clear words and page layouts to make sure they understand the
message.
• Must have Ability to present information, so it’s easy to understand, use and remember.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize detailed information into a concise report for a Senior
Audience.
• Strong consulting so you understand what your stakeholders need.
• Strong presentation skills for executives
• Work independently and with the team
• Relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Public speaking
• Risk assessments
• Disaster recover and business continuity
• Operation resiliance
• Extensive work experience around risk (operational, security)
• Excellent communication skills
• FI Experience
• Scope assessments
Nice to have:
• Business Continuity Management/operation resilience knowledge
• Efficiency in Excel (Intermediate user of basics)
• CBCP/DRI certification ; ABCP, CBCP, AMBCI
• Disaster Recovery or risk certifications
