Responsibilities
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions
with business strategies
Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and
developers
Supports one or more highly complex business processes
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to
provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using
multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
Requirements gathering process – lead meetings, reviews, documentation, mapping to
existing requirements, gap analysis
Create/update process flows
Create/update process documents
Support Project Manager on various roles: meeting minutes, updates to project
schedules, presentations
Possible UAT Lead – document test plan, coordinate project schedule with testers,
oversight of test execution, create/update testing execution reports, manage
variance/defect meetings and assist team on reaching closure of variances.
Qualifications
8-10 years’ experience required
Comfortable leading conversations with a big group of people (20-30 people)
A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other
people at their systems knowledge level
QA/tester experience – doesn’t need to be current. Looking for someone that was a QA
tester or lead at some point in their career and understands the testing lifecycle and has
led UAT.
Will need to create test plan, test scripts and test execution reports
NICE-TO-HAVES:
SAP S/4 Hana experience – an asset, not mandatory
Some Project Management experience is an asset
FI Experience an asset but not required. Fit and attitude are most important
SOFT SKILLS:
Proactive
open to learning and new challenges
Not afraid to ask questions
