Responsibilities
As a Category Team Analyst , you will be:
● Gathering and inputting data; building, analyzing, and maintaining reports to support merchandise decisions utilizing systems such as Retail Link, Open to Buy, Linksave, MS Office
● Creating and tracking vendor funded rollbacks, markdowns, advertising expenses, creating deals, coops, completion of new store templates, store returns to vendor, and assisting the team on divisional projects
● Supporting Category Managers with assortment planning activities in collaboration with cross functional partners such as line reviews, item file management (creation, deletion, edits, maintenance)
● Support Category Managers with merchandise event/promotional planning, execution and advertisement proofing, including but not limited to: item selection templates; collection of samples/photos from vendors; proofing and completion of advertising templates
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of previous administrative, data entry, and/or similar experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry
• Excellent organizational skills
Nice to have
• Previous experience working in a legal department or Law firm
