Responsibilities
As a catering coordinator your duties will include:
•Onsite coordination; organizing and planning catering orders with internal clients
•Providing quotes and invoices
•Liaising and coordinating with suppliers
•Managing schedules and inventory
•Communicating and providing excellent customer service
•Organizing and coordinating an event timeline
•Ensuring onsite orders are delivered
•Maintaining inventory
•Other duties as required
Qualifications
• High school diploma required.
•Experience: 2-3 years hotel experience, preferably in a banquet or catering setting
•Experience with using Delphi an asset
