Responsibilities
Apply technical knowledge to manage and operate cloud solutions.
Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and
competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community
Support the deployment of new Cloud Solutions Projects, expansions and upgrades
based on the business needs
Generate operational reports and KPI analysis.
Ability to manage and operate scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure including
the underlaying compute nodes, storage and networking.
Establish operations metrics, proactive monitoring, and capacity planning for managed
cloud infrastructure.
Manage and operate Systems Backup and Restore.
Mange and deploy security guidelines for managed cloud solutions.
Manage Cloud systems upgrades and patch management.
Qualifications
University degree in Computer science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cloud solutions.
Deep experience in
o HPE/EMC storage management, SAN switch management
o Veeam/Kasten backup and restore for physical, VM and Containers
o RedHat Linux advanced hands-on troubleshooting.
o VMware vSphere hands-on upgrade, troubleshooting
Good Knowledge in
o HPE and Cisco computing hardware support
o OpenShift/Kubernetes architecting, design, and hands-on troubleshooting.
o DR and replication design and hands-on knowledges
Cloud Technologies certificates is an added Value.
