Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate (Connected Chiller Service), your duties will be:
•Reviewing customer asset reports and actions service requests, notifications or quotes directly with field teams and the customer to deliver best in class proactive service for our customers.
•Analyzing and assessing technical team performance and making adjustments as needed
•Working with service team and mechanics to generate recommendations and potentially secure approvals to perform quoted work.
•Working with sales teams and field labour to prioritize, quote and deliver to customers proactive service opportunities to minimize their overall service spend and maximize asset up time.
•Assisting with creation of L&M quotations.
•Developing and maintaining viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
•Assisting in training customers, field labour and sales on the use of Connected Chiller Platform
•Providing product demo's and support Sales in Connected Chiller Pursuits
•Ensuring that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in NxGen.
•Facilitating administration of warranty claims.
•Performing other duties and administrative activities as assigned
Qualifications
•Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of three - five years of service industry experience managing service operations and / or service scheduling.
•Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
•Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
•Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
•Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
•Excellent practical and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products is a must including MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Sharepoint/Teams.
•Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
