• Hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm (rotating shifts)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for :
• Answering inquiries via phone and email
• Assisting with product activation, new account setups, and profile change requests
• Answering questions related to credit files, interpretation of credit file contents, billing invoices, products, and many other unique situations
• Providing customer/sales follow up
• Keeping the tracking system up to date (data entry)
Qualifications
• Have more than 1+ year of experience of call centre experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
