    Are you looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? Do you have strong data entry skills? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!
    Our client RBC, is looking for an Associate Operations for a four months contract in Toronto. This position is working both remote and onsite, and must be flexible with both until the training period.
    High potential for contract extension is possible.
    Pay rate: $19.04/hr - $21.97/hr
    Rotational Shifts: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours/week


    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    As an Associate Operations, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ●Reviewing workflow for cases
    ●Reviewing cases and data input accordingly following business rules
    ●Checking quality of data prior to submitting the case and closing
    ●Attending any team or individual meetings with Manager accordingly


    Qualifications
    ●College or university preferred
    ●Experience working with other Financial Institutions
    ●Well versed with using Word, Excel applications
    ●English both written and verbal is required

    Nice to Haves:
    ●Canadian Securities Course is a nice to have
    ●French both written and verbal is a nice to have
