    Do you have Strong organizational and time management skills? Are you looking to gain experience

    role?  If so, this is a great opportunity for you!
    Our client is looking for a Delivery Coordinator for a 12 months contract in Kitchener, ON. This is Hybrid
    model, 2-3 days in office per week.
    Candidates can be located in Kitchener or London

    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    As a Delivery Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
     Assisting the Manager for projects in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the
    delivery of core project components to our customer.
     Preparing communications, progress reporting and meeting agendas and minutes;
     Working with complex data in excel tables;
     Scheduling Projects, including action item tracking;
     Tracking Projects and program invoicing and financial updates;
     Filing and document management;
     Conducting industry research and analysis;
     Assisting with obtaining quotes from subcontractors;
     Assisting with addressing of deficiencies;
     Performing other administrative tasks as required.

    Qualifications
     Experience in an administrative/coordinator role
     Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
     Intermediate Excel to work with complex data (i.e. Formulas, filtering, freeze panes, etc.)
     Must be able to commute to the office (Kitchener or London)
     Commitment to quality performance and teamwork.
     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     Strong organizational and time management skills.
     Innovation, Leadership, Endless Opportunities

    Nice to haves:
     Diploma in telecommunications, or a related discipline.
