Responsibilities
•Participating in the maintenance, cleanliness, & operational success of our spaces
•Responding to requests with respect to Facilities operational services
•Resetting operational readiness for next day
•Escalating deficiencies, assisting vendors with access
•Drive health and safety compliance and initiatives
•Assist other Workplace Services functions as required (i.e. printing, mailroom configurations support)
•Consistently deliver an elevated and differentiated workplace service experience. Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Minimum of 3 years of office or facilities experience
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
