We are looking for a Scanning Specialist to work with our client in the GTA. In this role you will work full time hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm, and earn $21.00/hr.

Responsibilities
-scan files
-sorting out CW paper and e-files. The first part would be to sort out the paper files and after this part is completed, the units that currently have scanned CW documents will require smart temps to sort them out into approved folder categories.
-ensure the co-worker files are arranged according to the format given on the document provided
Qualifications
Technology:
1. using a scanner
2. using a computer
Must Haves skills :
1. Highly Organized
2. Must be comfortable using a computer and creating folders
3. Moving documents from one folder to another
4. Using a scanner to scan documents into a computer and then to a file
