Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities
As a Format Development Specialist, your duties may include but not be limited to:
•Investigating and solving Purchase Order (PO) related issues
•Working well with off-shore teams for catalog & order resolution issues
•Being responsible for partnership with client vendors and logistics teams for timely delivery of fixtures, equipment and supplies to stores to complete strategic initiatives and real estate projects.
•Creating and validating all PO’s.
•Working to eliminate late deliveries for items with long lead time, duplicate PO’s and rush PO’s
•Supporting cross-functional partners with timely updates on project & error resolution statuses
•Documenting processes
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience with managing offshore teams for order/catalogue management
•1+ years of experience managing support teams managing POs , PRs
•Mandatory: SAP System experience
•Strongly Preferred: Ariba experience
•Intermediate MS Office abilities
•Being adaptable & eager to learn new technologies
•Proven track-record of use of various technologies to solve business problems
•Ability to quickly learn new technologies/software
•Ability to communicate with professionals at all levels
Nice to Have:
•Experience working within warehousing/logistics
