Responsibilities
•Manage environment change approval activities by engaging multiple teams to create, submit, track and close change requests to prepare for deployment
•Ensures change process and documentation is effectively managed, communicated, and tracked to completion with segment partners
•Coordinate network access for vendor support
•Support deployment planning activities with the Segments
•Coordinate and prepare Segment partners for deployment and validation of activities pertaining to Server/Firewall/infrastructure upgrades and migration.
•Make reservations for the devices from the inventory for upcoming changes
•Regularly identify and report change ticket issues and risks to the POD members
•Support POD delivery activities – PAT & PROD readiness, application packaging, pilot, cutovers etc.
•Manage production implementation with teams/stakeholders during change window
•Track action items using JIRA, capture risks and issues for action
Qualifications
IT PM – 4 years
Infrastructure experience (servers, firewalls, migration) – 3 years
Experience with Agile methodology – 3 years
Jira experience – 3 years
Deployment experience – 3 years
Banking experience – 3 years
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects – 3 years
Nice to Haves:
Scaled Agile
Power BI
Cloud experience
