We're currently looking for an Invoice Processing Associate for our client in downtown Toronto.
This is a corporate environment which requires a professional dress code.

Responsibilities
As an Invoice Processing Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Emailing invoices to brokers and clients
• Uploading invoices and backing up documentation to Sharepoint
• Managing a high volume of requests through several mailboxes
• Following standard outlined process
• Quality control work to ensure error free transmission of invoices
• Completing daily tracking of tasks
Qualifications
* 2+ years of previous administrative support experience handling invoices
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Excellent communication skills - written and oral
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
