Responsibilities
As a Level 1 IT Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing computer configuration and setup
• Providing first-level IT support to end users
• Troubleshooting computer problems
• Assisting in Win10 client upgrades and installations
• Monitoring local network and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience with WIN10 Operating System, MS Office 365, SharePoint Online, Planner, and other Microsoft tools
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware
• Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines
• Self-starting
Nice to have:
• Experience with VMware is considered an asset
• Programming skills are considered an asset (Python, C#, html, etc.)
