Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Coordinator, your duties will include:
•Providing support to Program & Project Management with a range of tracking, coordinating, documentation and issues management activities across the company PM life cycle.
•Tracking project tasks and milestones using Smartsheet
•Following up with project team members and stakeholders as needed
•Monitoring a group inbox and directing inquiries as appropriate
•Sending out emails from the group inbox as needed
•Maintaining/ tracking/ updating a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet
•Assisting with meeting minutes
•Documenting process flows
•Supporting other project activities (testing, validation, etc.) as required
Qualifications
•Procurement and/or Accounts Payable systems and processes
•SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA
•Smartsheet
•Self-starter, initiative, resourcefulness, must feel comfortable following up with people, must be highly organized, must be willing to be flexible and adaptable
Nice to have:
•MS suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Smart sheet experience preferred.
•Visio an asset but not mandatory.
