Responsibilities
As a Learning Developer - Articulate Storyline, your duties will be:
•Working closely with Learning Design colleagues to estimate work effort and timelines for proposed solutions and provide recommendations to enhance the experience.
•Leverages best-in-class methodologies and innovative technologies to provide effective learning through a variety of modalities (instructor-led, virtual, and digital).
•Developing learning assets to create an optimal learner experience.
•Producing graphic design elements independently based on requirements provided by Learning Design Colleagues or Business Partners to deliver on desired outcomes.
•Ensuring learning assets align to company templates, branding, user experience (u/x) and accessibility standards.
•Leading QA and testing routines in partnership with Learning Centre of Expertise (LCoE) colleagues and Vendor Partners to ensure digital assets function according to the defined business requirements and design vision.
•Organizing time and work to accomplish project deliverables effectively and efficiently.
•Ensuring the team communicates the status of all projects as agreed with key stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on-time and within budget; escalates as required.
