    We're currently looking for a Mailroom Clerk for our client in downtown Toronto. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for mailroom duties and front desk duties.


    Advantages
    - Downtown Toronto
    - 12-month contract with strong potential to be extended
    - $17.65/hour
    - Gain experience in a corporate setting
    - Monday to Friday
    - Shift Hours: 8am to 4:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm (rotated every other week)
    - No weekends
    - Start date: ASAP

    Responsibilities
    As a Mailroom Clerk , you will be responsible for:
    • Sorting incoming mail
    • Distributing mail to appropriate recipients or departments through mail runs and as required
    • Maintaining a record of incoming mail and courier
    • Ensuring delivery of outgoing mails to courier and post office
    • Maintaining adequate mailroom supplies
    • Checking postal rates and weigh outgoing mail
    • Processing outgoing courier
    • Arranging for courier services to deliver packages locally
    • Managing and organizing office supplies
    • Reception coverage
    • Other tasks as assigned


    Qualifications
    * Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience
    * Presentable and Professional
    * Tech savvy (computer literate)
    * Strong customer satisfaction skills
    * Excellent attention to detail
    * Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
